Who may use it

Anyone old enough to be on the internet unsupervised where they live, and at least thirteen. Using it through Reddit also means keeping to Reddit's user agreement and content policy, which govern anything that happens inside a Reddit post.

What you post

You keep whatever rights you have in the rooms, names and images you submit. By submitting them you allow King of What to store them and show them to anyone who opens the board — which is the entire purpose of submitting them.

Do not submit:

Anything in those categories is removed on sight, and the boards that attract it can be removed with it.

Honouring

Each visitor may honour a contender once, unless the room was opened for free honours, in which case it says so. Working around that limit — scripts, clearing cookies in a loop, a fleet of accounts — is not a clever use of the site, it is the one thing that makes it worthless. Boards found to be stuffed may be reset or removed.

Standings are the opinion of whoever turned up. They are not a survey, not a measurement, and not a claim about anybody.

Moderation

Rooms, contenders, images and honours may be removed at any time, with or without notice, and no explanation is owed. There is no account to suspend, so removal is the whole of the enforcement.

No promises

The site is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. It may be down, it may lose data, and it may stop existing. Nothing here is a guarantee that a board will still be there tomorrow — keep your own copy of anything you would miss.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from using the site, and where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to what you have paid to use it, which is nothing.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the place you live.

Changes and endings

These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did, and continuing to use the site is how you accept the new version. Access may be withdrawn from anyone abusing the site, and the service may be shut down entirely.
